By accessing, browsing, or using the Skul Flash website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using Skul Flash, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Description

Skul Flash provides a platform for purchasing airtime, data bundles, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions, exam cards, and funding betting wallets. We act as an intermediary between you and licensed service providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our platform. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable fees. Once a transaction is successfully processed and delivered to the service provider, it is generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of the transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Submit false or misleading information during registration or transactions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Skul Flash are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skul Flash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
